3. Deposits and Payments

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of deposit. Generally, mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) have a minimum of PKR 300–500 depending on current method settings.
• All deposited funds go into your hq555 wallet balance in PKR. There are no currency conversion steps.
• Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your hq555 balance within seconds. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the bank's processing time.
• hq555 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to a third party. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• If a deposit is credited incorrectly due to a technical error, hq555 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit. Any winnings generated from an erroneous balance before the error is corrected may be voided.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hq555 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses at hq555 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be played through before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. A common example: a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%). This is stated in the specific bonus terms.

• hq555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus balance already credited will remain active under the original terms until expiry.
• Players who are determined to be abusing bonus offers — through systematic exploitation, multi-accounting, or coordinated abuse — will have bonus winnings voided and accounts reviewed.

Your own deposited funds (real money, not bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time regardless of any active bonus. Requesting a withdrawal of real money while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited — this is stated in individual bonus terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from hq555 are processed in PKR to the same payment methods used for deposits where available. Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account wallet section at any time.

• Standard accounts: withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
• Gold VIP: within 1–6 hours. Diamond VIP: near-instant processing during operating hours.
• hq555 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other payment provider are outside hq555's control and responsibility.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts will require verification documents. Subsequent withdrawals on a fully verified account process faster.
• hq555 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request for additional verification checks if there is reason to suspect account security concerns, suspected fraud, or unmet bonus conditions.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account in your own name. hq555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. hq555 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to be placed on the basis of insider information or in patterns consistent with match manipulation.
• In-play bets are subject to network latency. hq555 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event has concluded but before the result was transmitted to the platform due to connection delays.
• Palpable errors in odds (clearly incorrect pricing due to a data feed or human error) may be voided by hq555. Players will be refunded the stake for voided bets.
• For Cricket, Football, Esports, and other sports markets, specific event voiding rules (match abandoned, match postponed, etc.) are detailed in the respective sport's rule section.
• Casino games at hq555 use certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games. Live casino games are managed by real dealers via video stream. The outcome of games is not influenced by hq555 beyond the standard house edge built into each game's design.
• If a technical fault disrupts a casino game mid-session — connection drop, server error, or game malfunction — hq555 will review the session logs and either complete the round from the last valid game state or return the stake.
